Getting to 普吉島

Phuket International Airport (HKT) is on the north-west of the island. A taxi or private transfer to Patong usually takes roughly 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic, and a little longer to the south of the island. Because the island is large and public transport is limited, most visitors use taxis, ride-hailing apps or rent a scooter or car.
